A DAY IN THE LIFE …

To ensure that factory machineries and services are all efficient and safe for the production, through proper maintenance of machineries and training of employees.
To prepare and implement investment for the Factory.
To control assets and property of the Company.
Involved in the factory management to set the factory objectives in line with the Cooperate target and cascade them into departmental objectives, then sectional and individual objectives.
Monitor and Control via KPIs & routine reports in order to ensure that all target and objectives are best met.
Ensure the professionalism of technical people by setting the training plans/matrix (strategy and concept) in medium-and long-terms development and delegating them to all concerned sections; measure the progress of this subject on a timely basis.
Ensure that utility machineries and services including manufacturing apparatus, allow efficient, quality, safe and optimal production and performance.
Ensure that utilities (excluding power supply) are supply on time, with the right quality and within the budget.
Minimise environmental impacts of factory operations, in line with policies, standards and legislations.
Proactively improve the operational efficiency and capacity utilisation. Support the factory engineers and co-ordinate with the Engineer in the preparation of the M&R budget.
Manage the maintenance practices of the Industrial Services to follow the CDM Strategy.

ARE YOU A FIT?

7+ years experience in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as Project Engineer or Project Manager, M&I or equivalent positions)
Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical, Chemical, Process engineer or equivalence
Experience in managing & supervising team member.
Proficient level of communication in English
