A DAY IN THE LIFE...

• Enable maintenance planning in Operations (including operators and technicians) to maintain and/or improve fixed assets and AMM to manage their life cycles.

• Support with data in building the maintenance budget (zero base), supported with the foreseen planned maintenance.

• Prepare Maintenance Budget on monthly basis based on activity scheduled and analysis actual exp vs planned.

• Goods receipt; the delivery of engineering materials received from suppliers and verify the correctness and completeness of the documentation.

• Initiate the purchase requisition (PR) for the purchase of all engineering department materials and service and to also goods receipt and goods issue all Sundry and Indirect Material (S&IM) for the engineering department.

• Supervise the optimum stock level in the Technical Store for tools, spare parts, equipment and all other materials used in the Factory. Report the periodic inventory and stock adjustment to the Manager.

• Ensure control of the receiving suppliers' delivery and the correct and complete documentation according to purchasing order information.

• Assign system codes for new spare parts and technical tools for new processes and machines in line with Nestle standards.

• Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping of the technical store & workshop

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor’s of Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years in operating maintenance of machinery with strong technical knowledge and skills; preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry

• Ability to communicate and convinced through different cultures

• Good negotiation & problem-solving skills

• Able to communicate well in English
