A DAY IN THE LIFE...
 

  • Provide technical leadership and support to the Indochina and Vietnam markets, ensuring microbiological laboratory operations comply with Nestlé Good Laboratory Practices (NGLP), laboratory safety requirements, and quality management systems.

  • Serve as Technical Management Team member and Deputy Quality Manager for ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, driving continuous improvement of technical requirements and laboratory quality systems

  • Deliver scientific laboratory training, coaching, and technical support to Nestlé factories, NQAC laboratories, and co-manufacturers within the SPOC network.

  • Ensure laboratory proficiency, effectiveness, and operational excellence through robust microbiological testing, method validation, verification, and continuous performance monitoring.

  • Lead competency development programs and manage the training portfolio for NQAC employees to build technical capabilities and maintain required skill levels.

  • Support laboratory operations and customer service activities while acting as SHE Champion to promote a strong safety culture and compliance with laboratory safety standards.

  • Manage laboratory CAPEX, maintenance budgets, and operational resources to ensure cost-effective laboratory performance and sustainable growth.

  • Maintain and continuously improve laboratory documentation, procedures, work instructions, and quality records to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.

 

ARE YOU A FIT?
 

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Science, Biological Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related disciplines.

  • 5+ years of experience in microbiology laboratory operations, quality assurance, laboratory management, or analytical services.

  • Experience in ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories.

  • Proven experience in laboratory audits, method validation/verification, and quality management systems.

  • Experience in coaching, technical training, and stakeholder management across multiple sites or markets.

  • Proven experience in coaching, technical training, and capability development.

  • Working knowledge of laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills.
