Position Summary
As a Regional Sales Representative, Pharmacy Channel (Patra), you will be responsible for driving sales performance, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring excellent execution across your assigned territory. You will work closely with pharmacy partners and distributors to maximize product availability, visibility, and growth within the OTC, supplements, and dermo cosmetics categories.

A Day in the Life...
- Execute customer development plans to deliver sales targets, growth, and profitability within your territory
- Ensure market share preservation and growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, pharmacy chains, and distributors
- Ensure excellent in-store execution, including product placement, visibility, and promotional activities
- Support the implementation of commercial plans, including promotions, negotiations, and product launches
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal product availability across customers
- Track performance, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities to improve results
- Stay up to date on competitor activities and market trends within the pharmacy channel
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to support business objectives
What Will Make You Successful
- University degree
- Willingness/ ability to travel (valid driving license required)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the pharmaceutical, OTC, supplements, or dermo-cosmetics industry
- Strong customer focus with excellent relationship-building skills
- Results-driven mindset with strong execution capabilities
- Solid analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into action
- Good planning, organization, and time management skills
