Part Time Boutique Senior Coffee Specialist – Penrith - 12-month contract until 30th June 2027

Our Part-Time Senior Sales Assistant role is 23 hours per week, working rotating roster of:  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts 

What you’ll do:  

• Welcome customers and share your passion for coffee. 
• Create meaningful connections by offering standout service and product knowledge. 
• Keep the boutique buzzing—support the team and ensure smooth operations. 
• Drive high-impact sales using digital tools and POS systems. 
• Engage customers with tastings, memberships, and your coffee expertise. 
• Be on the supported growth plan to grow your coffee expertise and boutique operations knowledge and experience

• A coffee lover with previous retail and/or hospitality experience.
