Nestlé Professional is seeking a State Field Sales Manager to lead our Western Australia, South Australia and Northern Territory Field Sales Team and drive growth across some of Australia's most exciting Out of Home channels.

A Day in the life…

 

In this exciting role, you will:

 

•    Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing field sales team to exceed sales and performance targets
•    Develop and execute state sales strategies that drive sustainable growth across priority channels
•    Partner closely with Key Account Managers, Distributor Partners and cross-functional teams to maximise commercial opportunities
•    Build strong customer relationships and create meaningful, long-term business partnerships
•    Identify growth opportunities across our Out of Home Channels

 

This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll influence business outcomes, develop future talent, and bring ambitious growth strategies to life.
