Perth South- Inc Mandurah, Bunbury, Geraldton and surrounds
Fully maintained company vehicle
The role does require consistent regional travel to Geraldton, approximately once a quarter with a minimum stay of up to 2-3 nights.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF...
Reporting into the State Field Sales Manager, you will be given the room to build your own effective relationships as well as support from the Nestle Professional team to assist you to create and grow your territory. Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Consistently managing existing customers by developing and execution of sales strategies
• Creating and developing a new customer base.
• Actively manage ROI of Beverage Solutions customers.
• Delivering to sales KPI’s
• Work with market leading customers and brands
• Being a brand ambassador for our market leading portfolio of products.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL
• You will have a proven track record of delivering Sales and developing new business in a high pressure and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge or experience with the foodservice, distribution, beverage, catering, chef industry would be highly regarded.
• Ideally you will have relevant tertiary qualification in a Bachelor of Business, Commerce and/ or Marketing, but not critical.
• Outgoing, approachable sales focused and passionate about what you eat, as you manage the business relationships with our various customers.
• You will have a proven track record of success in exceeding targets and developing relationships with customers.
• As a true partner to the business and customer, you are a confident communicator and have the ability to adapt your communication style.
• Ideally you will come from a food services or food sales background.
• Diverse and varied role where no two days are the same.
• This is an autonomous role so drive and resilience are key.
