We are looking for an individual who thrives on working autonomously to deliver results and continually seeks out new business opportunities. While working with market leading brands, this role requires you to manage our Supermarkets customers within Perth Northern suburbs & Geraldton area.

A day in the life of...

 

Reporting into the State Field Sales Manager, You will be given the room to build your own effective relationships as well as support from the team to assist you to develop and grow your territory.  Some of your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Servicing and managing of an existing customer base
  • Coaching & developing our merchandiser team members
  • Delivering to sales KPI’s 
  • You will be our brand ambassador for our market leading portfolio of products.
  • This role will include a fully maintained tool of trade, phone and tablet.   
     

What will make you successful

 

  • Outgoing, approachable and passionate about sales, as you manage the business relationship with our various Supermarket customers. 
  • You will have a proven track record of success in exceeding targets & developing relationships with customers.
  • As a true partner to the business and customer, you are a confident communicator and have the ability to adapt your communication style.
