Bachelor’s degree in business administrative or related fields

8+ years of experience in sales and key accounts management

Strong ability to influence others by leading by example for them

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

  •  Responsible for the leading the  Nestle Professional business in Cambodia, to grow and deliver the business according to agreed objectives.
  • Develop a strategic plan for the NP business in Cambodia by channel insights, expanding distribution channels.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with Distributors and key food service operator e.g. by regular meetings with the customers' top
  • Key KPI: Sell-in, Sell-out, Demand plan accuracy, P&L, Distribution coverage, New product launching, Food service networking 

 

KEY EXPERIENCE

  • Solid experience in Food services or Retail Food&Bev business with excellent understanding of Sales & marketing as functional knowledge
  • Previous experience with  HORECA  have an in-depth understanding of the category and channel is a plus.
  • Has proven record of reaching or exceeding Top and bottom-line targets / full P&L responsibility 
  • Distribution management via local distributor.
  • Collaboration with Local distributor,  Nestle supply chain, NP Indochina office ( BDM, Finance, Marketing, Category manager) 

  • Reporting: 

    • Direct report to Head of Operation Manager

    • Dotted line to BDM  NP Indochina
