Industrial Services Supervisor - Ayutthaya Factory

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 2 year of experience in Utility & Maintenance
Strong Thai & English communication skill is a must

A DAY IN THE LIFE...

 

  • Ensure & review utility machine performance and water process treatment plant (Mechanic) by daily operation, maintenance planning with Utility technician or supplier.
  • Ensure energy and water usage report is align to factory KPI.
  • Conduct improvement projects to reduce energy / water and electricity costs.
  • Co-ordinate with the Engineering, Production and QA to implement database of the Storage Analysis Program (SAM).
  • Check production information on the SAM to ensure accurate data of efficient performance and stoppage time; investigate the non-conformity and prepare a report.
  • Participate in the weekly production planning and weekly technical review led by the Production Team to analyze "stoppage events" and troubleshoot the SAM data.
  • Annually set up and quarterly revise the "Standard Sheet" (PV) for all production lines for costing and planning purposes, maintain and define versions of the PV for the end users via SAP.
  • Weekly / Monthly consolidate and validate the dashboard KPI results from energy / CO2 / water and report to line manager.
  • Annually calculate the factory capacity to ensure available capacity.

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Services engineering discipline.
  • Maintenance skill in utility machine i.e. chiller, cooling tower, air compressor, water treatment process system.
  • Improvement project involvement and contractor management.
  • Experience in managing & supervising a team.
  • Work well with others & good communication skills.
  • Able to communicate in English & Thai.
