POSITION SUMMARY

We have an exciting opportunity for a professionally presented, customer and relationships focused individual to join our team as a Long Term Care / Residential Aged Care Account Specialist within NSW North.
 

A DAY IN THE LIFE...

Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, you will utilize your healthcare or science background and sales experience to influence and educate healthcare professionals within the residential aged care space on the use of our credible, scientifically supported product range. Responsibilities include:
• Drive sales growth and activity targets across the long term care and community channels within your territory
• With your relationship-management skills, you will influence key decision makers within long term care facilities, as you strive to exceed sales targets, and make a difference to resident welfare 
• Undertake quarterly analysis of compliance within the territory - identify gaps and develop specific strategies to address
• Accurately maintain all customer account call activity in the Company CRM system (Veeva)
• Project management of identified projects delegated by the Field Operations Manager and /or National Sales Manager
• Confident and able to engage people from all walks of life, you’ll be at ease developing new business opportunities and bolstering our existing accounts.
• Participates in sales meetings, conferences, seminars and other activities on an as-needed basis.

ARE YOU A FIT?

To succeed in the role, you will have the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in either Health Science, Nutrition, Dietetics, Nursing or Speech Pathology
  • 2+ Years sales experience in the Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals industry
  • Experience as a Dietitian will be highly regarded.

You will be responsible for managing the NSW North territory, territory planning and executing company strategies to achieve sales targets. Due to the nature of this role, it is important that you are comfortable spending time on the road with regular travel – approximately 1-3 regional trips per quarter (1-3 nights every 6-8 weeks). Please note that in order to visit your customers, you must have a current unrestricted driver’s license and be prepared for overnight travel. Please note you will also be required to attend Sales Conferences twice a year, each requiring a 1 week stay. Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have Permanent Residency.
