Position Snapshot:

• Location: Purina Factory, Portogruaro (VE), Italy, with European mobility as part of the development journey (e.g. Poland, Hungary, UK, Germany, France)
• Permanent contract, full-time
• Nestlé welcomes people with disabilities

• Job rotation every 1–1.5 years to support functional and leadership development, with the first two rotations within the same site/country
• Master’s degree in industrial engineering or a related technical field
• Fluent in Italian and English
• 1–2 years of previous experience in a factory environment, ideally maintenance/technical functions

Compensation package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, Impiegato 3° livello, Gross Annual Base Salary: €40.000,00.

What is the program about?

The GLOW Talent Program is a unique development path for young talents, providing intensive professional experience, broad business exposure, and preparation for future leadership roles within the Purina organization.

Stage 1: Graduate Learning Phase (up to 18 months)

During Phase 1, the GLOWer will join the plant Maintenance Method team, developing skills primarily in maintenance strategies, technical problem solving, and spare parts inventory optimization.

The GLOWer will contribute to the development of maintenance plans and spare parts analyses for new equipment and take part in continuous improvement projects, including collaboration with other manufacturing sites across the Purina European network.

The Graduate Learning Phase will also include:

• A structured development program
• Exposure to different areas of factory operations
• Support from a dedicated mentor
• Technical, project management, and development training

Stage 2: First Operational Role (2–3 years)

• Full-time position within factory operations
• Opportunity to apply the knowledge gained in practice
• Development of leadership and project management skills

After completing the program

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will move into permanent positions within Purina factories or central functions across Europe and join the Purina talent network.

International mobility is one of the key elements of the program and significantly increases opportunities for development and further career growth within the organization.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have completed a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Have at least 1–2 years of professional technical experience in an operations or manufacturing environment.
• Are fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
• Have knowledge of an additional European language (an advantage).
• Are open to mobility and developing their career across different European countries.
• Are able to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
• Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
• Have strong communication skills and are able to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
