We are currently looking to hire a Process Controller for the East and Southern Africa region to join our team in Potchefstroom, North West.
Position Summary

A day in the life of...
- Ensures that good manufacturing practices are adhered to regarding CIP and product handling.
- Standardizes batches in most economical way to ensure first time right, good quality finished products.
- Control raw materials and the efficient usage of it including traceability and variances on raw materials.
- Ensure that rework is controlled in terms of quantity and quality before adding to the new batch
- Maintain good house keeping
- Perform in-line testing according to the company sop and standards including individual supplier samples.
- Ensures compliance to personal safety, food safety & GMP requirements
- Actively participates in the conduct of trials of new products, equipment and processes.
- Completion of full shift handover
What will make you successful
Applicants must have a Matric or equivalent qualification preferably with maths
Understanding the principles of Evaporation, Spray drying and the standardization process.
Shift work is essential
Must be computer literate as well knowledge of SAP and SAM
Team work and ability to work under pressure
