Brand Manager - Nestlé Health Science

What you can expect to work on:

  • Monitor market dynamics and insights
  • Participate in local marketing strategy preparation and execution plans for dedicated portfolio incl. market, brand shares and financial forecast
  • Implement agreed strategy, recommend the changes if needed
  • In cooperation with other team members – propose and develop activities, communication and materials to have strong brand plans in place with the objective of driving brand penetration
  • Own and manage marketing budget, recommend changes if required
  • Contribute to global innovation strategy deployment - evaluate market potential, prepare local strategies and business cases for future launches of new product categories
  • Review global initiatives and materials for their potential in local market

You are perfect fit if you have:

  • Education: master degree in economics or marketing or social science or life science
  • Knowledge in brand marketing in Consumer Healthcare (ideally in VMS. OTC or dermocosmetics are also welcomed).
  • Experience required both in strategy preparation, new product launches as well as activation of current portfolio from media and trade perspective
  • Data orientation and commercial acumen
  • Initiative and can-do mindset
  • Collaborative attitude and interpersonal skills
  • High competency of dealing with ambiguity and changing environment
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Experience in orchestrating marketing projects with internal and external stakeholders (agencies, media house)

Nice to have:

  • experience in working with Healthcare Professionals (pharmacists, gynecologists, general practitioners)
  • experience in working in international organization
