CEE Market Intelligence Manager
Location:
CEE Region: Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Baltics
Responsibilities:
- Build automated reporting solutions to ensure continuous focus on execution of the business KPIs
- Leads cooperation with key suppliers
- Tracks categories performance in top customers by leveraging syndicated data sources (retail audit, household panels, 2nd party retailer's data, other data sources).
- Delivers high-impact insight-based inputs and recommendations that drive brand/ business strategies to win in the marketplace
- Recommends methodologies/ analytical approaches: Leverages syndicated data (household/ retail panels) and other suppliers of shopper and retail insights
- Strong involvement in development of MBS and ICP processes
- CMI Business Partner for one category
- Continuously enhances CMI toolbox
- QBRs preparation& presentation
Experiences:
- At least 4 years of experience in market intelligence in FMCG or on the agency side
- Master in Nielsen
- Proven experience in BI platforms (PowerBI)
- High analytical skills
- Proven track record in driving change
- Developed negotiation skills.
