What you can expect to work on:

• Manage (i.e. plan, lead, follow up and make happen) projects of Product Innovations and Product changes. You will work in a multidisciplinary team with colleagues from all parts of our company, not only in Czechia and Slovakia but also from the rest of Europe

• Build and follow the timings, making sure that others provide their bits to make the project happen on time

• Ensure that the Innovation and product changes projects are run in accordance with all necessary steps and rules – we will teach you those of course. You will make sure the projects are successfully finished on time and according to the expectation of the Brand marketing team

• Ensure flawless execution of the cross-functional and mostly international team involved in the projects. You will work with sales people, supply chain people, product developers, factory people and many others.

Your profile:

• Have min 2 years of project management experience
• Are stress resilient, organized, can communicate clearly, proactive can-do-attitude and result focused.
• Are a strong team player
• Have fluent English - C1 level (frequent communication with international teams)
• Have Good knowledge of MS Office
