Are you a data and Python enthusiast looking for a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a small, dynamic team? Nestlé is on the lookout for an IT Business Analyst who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys doing things independently. This is not typical IT project manager role; we need someone who is passionate about data, skilled in Python, and eager to dive into various tools and technologies to support commercial functions in last mile delivery. We search subject matter expert & doer & coordinator, no team leader position. Strong commercial focus of technology applications is required. If you enjoy both words – IT & business, you are the right match.

What You’ll Do:

• Customer-Facing Data & Innovation Services: As a Business Analyst, you will focus on connected customers and deliver data & automation/innovation services. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing concrete insights and proposing strategies to improve the data quality of assigned systems & help with database set up and data strategy in close cooperation with data analytics and integration (ADI) department (they provide overal governance, you provide conrete systém support)
  • Utilizing specific customer data in combination with other available data sets to generate valuable data tools based on projects
  • Managing projects cross IT and business teams or developing your own solutions based on the proposed strategies and/or assigned projects.
  • Maintaining existing solutions from Commercial Innovation „hub“ or migrating its industralisation wiht IT Automation team.
• Project Leadership: Manage asigned projects independently, working closely with cross-functional IT and external teams.
• Innovation Management: Drive innovation within commercial department in CEE ensuring last-mile support developing prototypes mainly in RPA, Python, Power Apps etc.

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical Skills:
  • Power BI: Proven experience in creating and managing dashboards and reports.
  • Power Apps: Ability to develop and deploy Power Apps solutions.
  • Python: Proven experience with programming skills for data analysis and automation.
  • RPA: Experience or eagerness to learn and implement Robotic Process Automation.
  • Data Management: Experience with data analysis, data quality, and commercial exposure.
  • SQL: Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
  • AI: Interest in Artificial Intelligence and its applications.
• Project Management:
  • Independent Management: Ability to manage projects independently, acting as a one-man show rather than part of a large IT department.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to achieve project goals and ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:  3+ years experience in Commercial IT focused role, business role with data and Analytical foucs or proven track of concrete projects in such areas
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
