Key Account Manager VMS

We are now looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to take strategic ownership of key customers and help shape the future of the VMS category in the Czech Republic.

 

What will you be responsible for?

  • Lead, manage, and develop key customers in pharmacy channels (pharmacy wholesalers, pharmacy chains, independent pharmacies) as first priority, in drugstores (dm drogerie, Rossmann) as second priority.
  • Co‑create and execute the commercial strategy for the VMS portfolio on the CZSK market.
  • Take ownership of negotiations, annual agreements, commercial terms, promotional plans, and pricing.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the VMS category and translate insights from data (Nielsen, internal reports, market analyses) into actionable recommendations.
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and supply chain to ensure optimal distribution, availability, and visibility of products.
  • Work closely with Medical Delegates
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and innovations within the food supplements and health‑nutrition space.

 

 Requirements

  • A senior commercial professional with proven experience as a Key Account Manager / Senior KAM, ideally from Pharma (OTC experience), drugstores, FMCG, or VMS.
  • A strong negotiator with a focus on long‑term partnership building and business results.
  • An analytical thinker comfortable working with data and translating numbers into business strategies.
  • A self‑driven and structured personality with strong ownership.
  • Fluency in Czech or Slovak + advanced English is required.
