REC Controlling Specialist
Key responsibilities:
- Co-Pilot of Head of REC
- Provide full transparency in the area of REC cost across the company / organization. Ensure compliance with Nestle Accounting Standards and Costing Standards for White collars (with supervision of Overhead Controlling manager)
- Lead planning and revision processes for REC cost. Close cooperation with the Center. Be an active contributor to the budgeting process, validate and review assumptions used for budget.
- Create intracompany invoices and send them to the other Nestle markets for technical audit provided by members of REC in the factories of these markets. Coordinate the invoicing process. Communication with others markets relating to these invoices. Prepare ad-hoc analysis and simulations
- Ensure quality financial information used by the head of REC for decision making and that potential risks and opportunities are anticipated and understood.
- Lead Training workshop organization in Europe (including travel and physical participation)
Your profile:
- 2+ years experience
- Analytical skills
- Excel & PowerPoint user
- Result Focus
- Ability to work independently
- Attentive to details
- Pro-active, advanced communication skills
- Open minded attitude and problem solving ability
- Strong interpersonal skills, team-player
- Proficiency in English
