Position Summary

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented leader to join our Zone EMENA Beverage Team as an I2L Project Manager. This is an integral step towards our Idea to launch (I2L) journey. The scope of the role involves strategically contributing to the development and execution of all our complex projects, specifically Innovation & Renovation (I&R) for the Beverage business

A day in the life of...

You will act as a pivotal member of the EMENA I2L CoC Project Management Office (PMO) team to identify, deliver and execute projects. You will be responsible for the efficient, effective, flawless End-to-End execution of Innovation & Renovation (I&R) projects of medium to high complexity; plan and lead I&R projects from Identify to Delivery Stage and orchestrate a cross-functional and multi-disciplinary team to achieve the project defined Key Success Criteria.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Apply project management tools and skills to ensure the on-scope, on-time and on-quality launch and flawless execution of I&R projects of medium to high complexity from Identify to end of delivery stage
  • Lead project team definition and reach out to Functional Line Managers to identify and secure resources along the flow
  • Build and maintain project budget all along the flow - Coordinate CAPEX request with Engineering Project Manager
  • Orchestrate all functions and markets involved in the project to coordinate timelines, track end-to-end activities and milestones and ensure project is progressing as planned
  • Drive definition of Innovation profile and gap assessment in order to build the critical path
  • Lead Key Success Criteria definition with project team
  • Drive Opportunity and Risk Management and escalate critical issues to Decider(s)
  • Identify change requests, evaluate impact and get them approved or rejected
  • Provide transparency, documentation and communication of project status and risk to cross functional team members, Project Management Lead and Deciders
  • Leverage basic and I2L Project Management practices including managing projects and their cross-functional teams through the established processes
  • Ensure proper and consistent use of the I2L process and principles, as well as Project management practices mapped in Nimbus
  • Capture learning and sharing with I2L Functional Lead
  • Apply leadership, coaching and influencing skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects forward, ensuring time and resources are used effectively and efficiently to meet project and business objectives.
  • Coach E2E Project Managers to build their skill sets

What will make you successful

To be successful in this role you will already have some fantastic experience working as a Project Manager, having led sizeable complex projects previously. You will be passionate, tenacious, results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. You will have excellent influencing skills and know the importance of being able to flex your style whilst working in an environment that can be, at times, ambiguous and pressurised. You will also: 

  • Have experience of leading I&R projects within a matrix structure, understanding how to navigate through the complexity this structure brings to achieve great results
  • Be able to demonstrate courage and the ability to solve problems and make decisions.
  • Have proven experience of developing teams, enabling great results.
  • Demonstrate strong presentation skills, targeting a wide audience from customers to internal stakeholders.
