Position Summary

 

As a Consumer Insight Associate Manager, you will lead the discovery of consumer, cultural, category and competitive insights to identify opportunities and inspire product renovation, communication strategy and ideas across media touchpoints and packaging, for CPW Global brands.

A day in a life of a Consumer Insight Associate Manager:

 

  • Participate, leading and influencing team discussions to bring the voice of the consumer into consideration and decision making
  • Play a lead role in developing  and utilizing tools, methods, practices for gaining consumer learning on communication, packaging and renovation strategies and ideas
  • Translate information into insights and ideas that offer inspiration to the brand teams
  • Present consumer learning and leading discussion and sharing a POV on how to apply learning to the business
  • Develop and execute consumer immersions that directly engages employees with consumers in "real world" settings which can provide insights and improve empathy and understanding of consumer wants/needs/motivations/values
  • Demonstrate strong leadership by bringing the consumer and their needs to life for Brand teams
What will make you successful

 

  • University degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in Market Research on the agency and/or client side, ideally gained within FMCG
  • Ability to bring consumer insights into the team and effectively recommend how the business should apply the insights
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a matrix organization
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
