Position Summary

 

The Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW) Global Digital, Content & Connections team are looking for a talented Digital Project Manager to join them. In this role you will be responsible for leading & managing Digital projects from concept to completion, in support of CPW Global & local marketing teams.

A day in the life of a Digital Project Manager

 

  • Manage day to day digital operations & technical projects, developing recommendations to optimize current processes and ensuring tracking of timings, milestones and budgets.
  • Be the Product Owner for CPW’s owned platforms (global Breakfast Cereals platform & D2C), and manage our online promotions solution, leading the global digital development agencies on day to day operations running the SCRUM methodology, in collaboration with agency Product Owner.
  • Be the CMS expert for the business, collaborating with our webmasters to ensure optimum site output
  • Lead on & continuously improve our digital capability roadmap as consumer and business needs change (website, data, CRM, Organic Search, Commerce & tech Bots, AR, VR etc.), leveraging support from internal & external partners
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to deliver digital projects (e.g. inspire and initiate digital innovations to impact brand planning)
  • Partnership with internal Nestle teams and other experts to ensure all digital solutions are fully compliant
  • Act as Data champion for CPW Global Business, partnering with CPW Legal & Nestle Digital Service Unit and other experts to ensure business practices & all innovation is fully compliant. Including GDPR.

What will make you successful

 

The successful candidate will have a wealth of marketing, digital and eBusiness experience working at a global or regional level for large FMCG brands, or within an agency (agency experience welcomed, but not mandatory).

 

Exceptional project management (8 years+), relationship building and communication skills as well as the ability to prioritise, multi-task, lead, influence & collaborate while working in fast-paced and demanding situations are essential. They will also have:

 

  • Experience of managing technical & creative agencies on project development and delivery
  • Successfully delivered digital projects at a global level within complex matrix organizations, with experience of managing compliance and security implementation
  • Experience with Agile and/or SCRUM certification
  • High level of experience of using digital tools to support & measure all projects – Google Analytics, Tag Manager etc
  • High level knowledge of CMS solutions
  • Deep knowledge & practice of digital operations processes – including experience within/or with agencies in writing project briefs & evaluating responses
  • Good analytics knowledge to gather business/user insights and clearly present learnings & recommendations
  • In depth knowledge of integrated marketing and the role digital plays within it
  • Good understanding of consumer journeys and user experience
  • Fluency in English language
