Position Summary

 

As a Head of Growth Analytics, you will drive the digital transformation for CPW by ensuring data assets are leveraged to derive competitive advantage, equipping the business with the right information to make evidence-based decisions. This role spans the entire data value chain: infrastructure, reporting, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, investment allocation & planning.

A day in a life of a Head of Growth Analytics:

 

  • Lead the data science team to deliver advanced analytic and artificial intelligence capabilities for CPW
  • Ensure investment measurement methodologies are robust to capture insights on to feed the marketing mix, trade promotional analytics, strategic revenue management and demand planning
  • Develop capability to deliver unstructured data and consumer data to develop behavioral Artificial intelligence to unlock stronger consumer behavior intelligence
  • Ensure data accessibility where CPWs market data assets are as accurate and reports delivered on time
  • Drive the digital transformation program for CPW, partnering cross functionally, leveraging parent companies to deliver new business capabilities
  • Lead a team of about 15 people
What will make you successful

 

  • University degree in Mathematics, Statistics or Economics
  • 8-10 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Governance or Artificial Intelligence, preferably gained within FMCG industry 
  • Previous experience in people management
  • Experience in transformation project management
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to work in matrix organizations
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
