"Lead regional EKA sales team to develop EKA planning and implement business under Nestle principle and the business strategy of HO EC; Accountable & Responsible of the achievement of agreed sales target/KPIs and make sure all relevant organizational goals are factored into the business
根据雀巢原则和总部电商部门的战略,结合区域特色,领导区域电商大客户销售团队制定策略并实施,负责并确保达成协定的销售目标/业绩,以及所有相关的组织目标都纳入业务"                
"Develop business relationship with key Customers & Partner to ensure strategic alignment and continuously improve customer satisfaction
与主要客户和合作伙伴发展业务关系,以确保策略一致并不断提高客户满意度"                
"Develop and coach team through daily work; demonstrate leadership in negotiation, planning and execution
通过日常工作来发展和指导团队,并在谈判,计划和执行方面表现出领导才能"                
"Work as an internal resource owner to optimize the investment in EKA customers, achieve sales target under acceptable profit and under Nestle working guidence

"Under the current market background, exploit the sales channel of Gerber products, facilitate the selling of CPW products in the channels of community group purchase, Wechat marketing etc., which contribute over 10% of annual sales KPI in estimation
根据当下的市场环境,重点开拓嘉宝系列产品及CPW系列产品在社区团购、微信营销等渠道的销售,预期贡献全年销售指标的10%以上"

"• More than 2 years solid sales experience in online/offline key account management;
• Proven leadership of large Ecommerce sales team management and achieve sales target through people;
• Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
