A day in the life of...

"Right sales target allocation to the distribution, collect distributions' sales target data, then explain and communiate with sales team.
协助经销商进行指标拆分,收集检查经销商指标数据并与销售团队解释和沟通。"                
"According to company's sales strategy, communicate with sales team in time, collect daily / weekly sales plans, and follow up sales progress.
根据公司销售策略,及时与销售团队沟通,收集日/周销售计划,跟进销售进度。"                
"Manage order processing, effectively communicate with Sales, Supply Chain, Operation, DSP, Logistics and other teams to deal with the problem, such as EOOP Approval, Credit Letter Application, Order Data Analysis, Goods Coordination, RSF / Quota Control and Change, assist sales team to manage payment progress and ensure order success; support distributions' special return procedure.
管理客户下单进度,与销售、供应链、运作、DSP、物流等团队充分沟通,处理下单流程中的问题,例如EOOP审批、赊销申请、重点客户的下单数据分析、货源协调、RSF/配额控制与变更等,协助销售团队进行付款进度管理,确保成功下单;支持经销商特殊退货流程。"                
"Prepare timely Stock Data, Freshness Sales Report, SI Report and Distributor Master etc.
及时准确制作库存、新鲜度销售报告、SI相关报告、经销商Master等。"                
"According to business needs, assist RSM, Sales, CCSD, TOE, and RTM team on related order analysis, stock reasonable and freshness analysis.
根据业务需要,协助RSM、Sales、CCSD、TOE、RTM进行相关订单分析、库存合理性与新鲜度分析。"                
"According to the company's bonus policy to calculate and manage distributers' bonus.

What will make you successful

At least 3 years relevant experience;

至少3年相关工作经验;

 - Demonstrated ability to understand the business dynamics and processes 

  能够理解业务动态和流程

 - Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field

 了解所有销售职能,如CCSD,客户,领域

- Had experience in managing field Sales

有现场销售管理经验
