Marketing & Customer Service Manager, Management Team - Nestlé Professional, Rønnede

As Marketing & Customer Service Manager you will be an important Management Team-member to bring your creative, energizing, and commercial talent with your teams to new levels. Moreover, you are responsible for taking care of our direct customer interaction with our team of experts in customer service. 

Your future challenges

Nestlé Professional (NP) Food Nordics is a separate unit within Nestlé, responsible for winning the Out of Home business by offering relevant food solutions. We are looking for a Marketing & Customer Service Manager for our Rønnede factory to support this goal.

  • Provide product & brand experiences in Out of Home that exceed the nutritional and sensorial expectations of our consumers
  • Ensures the brand contributes to the 3 impact areas (individuals & families, communities, the planet). Sustainability transformation and communication in our portfolio/business drives future success
  • Develops and successfully executes Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation and renovation for the brands 
  • Leads the I&R portfolio & I2L process to ensure solid alignment with commercial and operations across all Innovations & Renovations
  • Trade marketing deep understanding of the key out of home channels (Restaurants, QSR, B&I) through which to distribute via mostly wholesalers and C&C our new innovations
  • Manages the development and execution of strong and functionally aligned brand and communication plans which contribute to the long-term plan on growth and profitability
  • Develops, updates and ensures implementation of digital strategy for the brand/category in alignment with key local, regional and global stakeholders. Drives execution of key digital enablers throughout the Consumer Experience Framework
  • Leads the customer service department whilst initiating new initiatives for effective and efficient ways of working (digitalization and/or aligning processes with stakeholders)

Professional skills: 

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in marketing and leading teams, which may include some years in other function ideally in sales/CCSD at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG.
  • Full understanding of key drivers of brand/product P&L and how to action them.
  • Broad and practical understanding of key digital concepts in the areas of Digital Media, Websites, Social, Search, Marketing Analytics, CRM, eCommerce, EDI.
  • Proven track record in delivering strategic digital marketing projects.
  • Innovation/product launch comfort in ambiguity, test & learn and iterative approaches to taking new products/platforms/services to market 
  • Strong category knowledge or experience in several categories allowing flexibility and fast adaptation to a new category.
  • Strong ability to turn insights into business propositions.
