M Minimum of 10 years of experience in process engineer of the relevant technical field, preferably within the food manufacturing or consumer goods industry.

A DAY IN THE LIFE...
 

• Deliver the Technology Alignment Program (TAP) in Process Engineering within your area of expertise (Dry, Snack, or Wet) by designing new technical platforms, updating existing standard technical platforms, supporting investment projects (design and CAPEX preparation), and assisting in strategic procurement and supplier assessments.
• Establish equipment specifications, P&ID and equipment lists, process URS (descriptions of process operations), basic and detailed line designs, and commissioning validation protocols related to capital project expenditures and/or investment and renovation, minimizing total delivered cost.
• Manage complex projects and serve as a technical expert reference for the community.
• Act as the single point of contact for the Engineering team, guiding and coaching them on project management principles while overseeing global engineering project scheduling, scope, and deliverables for major projects, ensuring alignment with various stakeholders.
• Be a role model within the Ensuring Supply Team and a strong collaborator with NiM.
• Mentor factory and project team staff by providing guidance and support to maintenance teams, project engineers, and production teams.

ARE YOU A FIT?
 

• MScs in Process Engineering or Industrial Engineer or BSc Mechanical Engineer or equivalent in technical and/or scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant technical field, preferably within the food manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
• A minimum of 10 years of field experience (R&D or Operations), driving or supporting your area of expertise.
• Proven track record of delivering results through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
