A DAY IN THE LIFE…

• Ensure that the facilities equipment and machines are maintained properly and working correctly.
• Oversee the facilities maintenance program; identifies and analyzes equipment or machinery failures and takes corrective actions.
• Provide technical training to management and other team members.
• Coordinate work performed by outside contractors, vendors, and engineering consultants.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Develop routines and best practices to ensure product quality.
• Develop standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor’s of Engineering or related field
• 5 years experience in manufacturing in food industry.
• Ability to communicate and convinced through different cultures
• Good project management skills.
• Good negotiation & problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate well in English
