A DAY IN THE LIFE...

• Create an optimized replenishment plan for raw and packaging materials over an 18 month horizon that ensures supply of material to production, within the agreed cost boundaries, whilst ensuring that the working capital targets for raw and packaging materials are met.
• Monitor supply signals through the use of MRP purchase requisitions ensuring delivery dates, lead times and required quantities are correct and finally creating purchase orders and ensuring their fulfillment by the supplier.
• Manage directly with the defined supplier the delivery of materials: this includes investigating errors and discrepancies on invoice lines and handling all exceptions in those operations (Claims management).
• Review, validate and deploy the stock policy and management approach to be applied to each SKU within their portfolio
• Manage sourcing changes effectively and minimize write-offs
• Review and maintain all relevant master data in the system
• Ensure excellent supplier relationships and involve them in Supply Chain improvement exercises to create shared value for both Nestlé and their suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance and share issues or poor supplier performance (on time, quantity & quality) with suppliers and Procurement Team
• Collaborate with peer Planners to share best practices, liaise with LEAN Champion, Business Excellence and Production Management to drive continuous improvement

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field

• 2-3 years of success in operational buyer 

• SAP experience

• Good English and Thai communication skills.

• Good project management skills.

• Good negotiation & problem-solving skills.
