Minimum of 10 years of experience in process engineer of the relevant technical field, preferably within the food manufacturing or consumer goods industry.

A DAY IN THE LIFE...
 

• Deliver Unit Operations Management programs across Technical Functions to develop competencies for process operations.
• Execute continuous improvement initiatives related to factory processes.
• Propose technical solutions for validating improvements and adapt standards to older technologies.
• Participate in and support initiatives related to consumer complaints, 360 quality improvement programs, and specific action plans for potential QA crises.
• Serve as a reference for Engineering Quality practices and act as the key contact for the Quality team in Engineering.
• Be a role model within the Ensuring Supply Team and collaborate effectively with NiM.
• Maintain and develop core Engineering competencies, including expert networking, training, and skills assessments.
• Manage complex projects and support production optimization in processes, product quality, and safety.
• Ensure the implementation of Change Management processes, conducting risk assessments and developing contingency plans.

ARE YOU A FIT?
 

• Master’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical/scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant technical field, preferably within the food manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
• A minimum of 10 years of field experience (R&D or Operations), driving or supporting your area of expertise.
• Proven track record of delivering results through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
