A DAY IN THE LIFE...
 

  1. Implementation of Food Safety and Quality Systems:
    • Ensure effective implementation of Nestlé Quality System and other national/international quality standards (e.g., FSSC22000, HACCP, Nestlé GMP, Halal) throughout factory operations.
    • Achieve consumer and customer satisfaction and support business priorities.

 

  1. Coordination with External Parties:
    • Collaborate with Nestlé Head Office, third parties, suppliers, and authorities on food safety and quality system implementation, certification, and assessment.

 

  1. Verification and Auditing:
    • Lead internal auditing programs to assess the performance of food safety and quality systems.
    • Report effectiveness and actions for improvement.

 

  1. Enhancement of Quality Control Systems:
    • Enhance quality control and food safety control systems in production lines to ensure finished products meet standards.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as first-time quality and number of quality incidents.

 

  1. Employee Development:
    • Assist in developing employee competency in food quality and safety.
    • Complete employee development plans and address skill matrix gaps.

 

ARE YOU A FIT?
 

  • University graduate or equivalent, preferably in microbiology, chemistry, food science, or food technology.
  • Knowledge of Quality System and other international quality systems and standards.
  • Experience in production and product technology.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, functions, and departments.
  • Core knowledge of business principles, especially quality assurance and product safety.
  • Effective communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Training and coaching skills.
  • Competency in HACCP, NGMP, and Good Laboratory Practices.
  • Ability to lead quality functions and influence with integrity.
