A DAY IN THE LIFE…

• Elaborate and execute workforce to ensure availability of the space utilization and all facilities required in warehouse
• Drive continuous Warehouse Operation Improvement to ensure best in class operation & cost optimization.
• Coach & Develop employees to fulfil and exceed the requirements of the job.
• Drive safe working environment in compliance with the local laws striving for Zero accidents through continuous coaching on safety behaviors
• Effectively manage the SHO, ensure exchange of information (cascade target/escalate issues) for alignment with the objectives in the short term and DOR to achieve cleaning loss, Asset intensity, and achieve performance improvements. Motivate, guide, support and coach the resources to achieve objectives and to act in accordance with NCE guidelines.
• Effectively manage service provider performance.

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse.
• Good English and Thai communication skills.
• Good understanding of Quality, safety, security systems.
• Basic knowledge of "Material Handling Best Practice and SAP.
• People Management & Leadership Principle.
• Communication and facilitation skills
