POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a HR Business Solutions Specialist to undertake IT Solution sustain, implementation, process improvement and leverage activities to meet sustain targets, deliver process implementation and improvement targets and satisfy agreed customer key performance indicators (KPIs).

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE…

 

Reporting to the HR Business Solutions Lead, responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:

 

• Gain Nestle in the Market (NiM) insights and understanding of Business requirements and make recommendations on the applicability of the IT Solutions to meet business requirements.
• Contribute in the establishment of the approach to undertake initiatives/projects.
• Lead / guide Market project team in undertaking small-scale business process improvement projects or initiatives; and/or the deployment of IT Solution functionalities.
• Co-ordinate & deliver technical requirements within process improvement projects.
• Perform assessment on application changes prior to release and/or implementation to ensure there are adequately documented and completed according to guidelines.
• Deliver training to market key users, superusers and IT team members. Also participate in Business Process improvement initiatives & projects.
• Assists with continuously improve trouble free usage of the IT Solution.
• Analyses & resolves tickets - advises and coaches market contacts to anticipate and address issues; and working closely with offshore sustain groups as required.
• Assists Business Solutions Lead in mentoring & coaching other members of the team.

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • Joining a collaborative team of Specialists, you will be a strong team player with a history of delivering results in a high pressure and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • SAP HCM Application Specialist with 3-5 years’ experience with SAP HR / Payroll modules, including configuration, payroll schemas & rules, leave and absence management.
  • Ideally have 1+ full cycle SAP Payroll and HR implementation in a large and complex environment, including blueprint design, deployment, custom development requests, testing, bug fixes and sustain.
  • Exposure to modern HR & IT platforms such SuccessFactors, Cornerstone on Demand, Kronos, ServiceNow.
  • Open mind, self-learner, ability to change and innovation are key soft skills required.
  • Multilingual skills preferred, ideally Chinese.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills are vital as you develop working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across the globe.
  • With stakeholders based in various time zones, flexibility is essential as you participate in teleconferences and activities outside of standard business hours.
