Joining the IT team in our regional ISIT Centre you will manage projects and ensure a successful roll out of Technical and Production(T&P) IT Solutions across the Asia/Oceania/Africa (AOA) region according to the T&P OMP priorities and KPI's.

 

Based in Rhodes, our ISIT centre provides Functional and Technical support to all Nestlé operations and is one of only four of its kind in the Nestlé world. Within it, you will have the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in T&P solutions as you work in a large global environment and with offshore teams. 

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE…

 

Reporting to the T&P Business Solutions Team Lead and actively participating in Product Group network to support the functional end to end solution requirements, key responsibilities of the role include: 

 

  • Managing large-scale IT projects for the deployment of quality management functionalities in Technical and Production
  • Lead by example, provide coaching and direction to peers in the operations community, recognizing achievements while promoting an open and business-oriented culture and mindset
  • Build and maintains relationships with product team leaders to develop a clear understanding of product strategy, product value delivery planning and of business needs
  • Partnering with offshore sustain groups to deliver low cost sustain as well as drive optimization, simplification and efficiency
  • Ensuring Service Level Management best practices and Compliance & Security requirements for more than 100 factories
  • Performing testing, configuration & support activities in collaboration with offshore providers and market stakeholders
  • Participating in market project teams for process improvement IT projects 

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Self-motivated and proactive, you will be analytically minded with proven capacity for problem solving and root cause analysis. 
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • With minimum of 5 years’ experience, working in the food safety quality management function with factory experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP QM solutions, testing and configuration for T&P. 
  • Preferred experience in MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) for Net weight control and quality control logsheets
  • Exposure to Project Management gained through managing projects.
  • Business Excellence experience in T&P preferred.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills are vital as you develop working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across the globe. 
  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
  • With stakeholders based in various time zones, flexibility and adaptability is essential as you participate in teleconferences and activities outside of standard business hours.
