We are looking for an experienced and passionate brand marketer with a strong drive to succeed, proactive attitude and ability to work with autonomy. 

  

Your Opportunity  

 

An exciting opportunity exists within our Nestle Chocolate team for a talented Marketer to join the business as a Milkybar & Chocolate Brand Manager. In this role, you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager on the Chocolate. This position is also responsible for the development and execution of both short and medium term brand plans, including NPD, communication development and hands on responsibility of optimising marketing spend. This role will provide great exposure to regional and local stakeholders.  

Position Summary

  • Strategic input into the ANZ regional brand plans 
  • Managing the new product development process from ideation through to commercialisation 
  • Activation of the consumer and brand activities in all channels, with focus on digital
  • Managing relationships with local agencies, including media agencies as well as key internal stakeholders across ANZ such as Sales, Category, Insights and Supply chain

We are looking for someone who is dynamic, pragmatic, a team player, upholds high integrity, and is results focussed. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced Brand Manager, with a minimum of 3 years experience in categories with strong NPD focus. You will be tertiary qualified, and have demonstrable commercial and financial acumen. Strong communication and relationship building skills are essential for this role, as you will need to engage effectively with multiple internal stakeholders and third party providers across Australia.
