As our Brand Nutritionist, you'll lead Nestlé Professional's Nutrition, Health & Wellness agenda across ANZ, translating nutrition science into business growth and healthier outcomes for consumers. This is more than a nutrition role. It's an opportunity to combine your scientific expertise, commercial mindset, and industry influence to shape healthier outcomes for consumers while driving business growth. 

This is a permanent part time (3 days per week role)

A day in the life… 

In this highly visible role, you will:

•    Lead the nutrition agenda — set the direction for how Nestlé Professional shows up on health and wellness.
•    Champion better-for-you solutions — shape food and beverage offers that customers (and their guests) actually want.
•    Partner across the business — work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Sales, Culinary and Innovation to bring nutrition to life on the plate.
•    Be our voice in the industry — represent Nestlé Professional at events, conferences and customer forums.
•    Build the network — grow trusted relationships with the industry's key players and thought leaders.
•    Fuel growth — drive innovation, create content that cuts through, and unlock new opportunities across foodservice.

Are you a fit? 

•    Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related Life Sciences discipline (APD or equivalent highly regarded).
•    Experience in the food industry, healthcare, public health nutrition, or a related field.
•    The ability to turn science into stories — translate complex nutrition into messages that land with consumers, media, and internal teams.
•    Experience in owning a room — confidently presenting to any audience and build trust with stakeholders at every level.
•    A track record of delivery — sharp project management skills to keep multiple brands and deadlines on track.
•    The ability to influence across marketing, R&D, regulatory, and comms without needing a title to do it.
•    A genuine passion for improving nutrition and consumer wellbeing.
•    A willingness to speak up and stand firm — bring a confident, assertive voice to the table, challenge the status quo, and push for nutrition-led outcome
