In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, interpreting analysis results, and presenting alternative solutions and recommendations. Responsibilities:

  • Participate in market-driven projects requiring product costing contribution.
  • Coordinate OPEX savings with factories and consolidate OPEX savings reports.
  • Act as a central contact point for variance analysis within the factory's cost of production.
  • Coordinate and execute COGS forecasting within the Monthly Business Planning process.
  • Ensure transparency of Costs of Goods Sold within the Dynamic Forecast.
  • Communicate quarterly COGS rates to Business Unit Controllers.
  • Participate in business planning and ACE process coordination with factories.
  • Serve as a contact point for material prices and master data inquiries.
  • Ensure proper application of guidelines and integration within costing processes.
  • Promote understanding of costing processes within the costing and finance communities.
  • Ensure compliance with Nestle financial policies, Accounting Standards, and Costing Standards.          

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Formal financial qualification (or in progress) - University degree or equivalent is necessary.
  • Prior experience in Accounting or Costing, preferably in a factory or supply chain setting is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Ability to gather and document business requirements.
  • Knowledge of business process modelling and improvement techniques.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and changing environment.
