A day in the Life…
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Shape the future of MAGGI, developing category and channel strategies that drive growth for one of the world's most iconic food brands.
- Influence major retailers, leading range reviews, customer planning and commercial recommendations that create value for customers and Nestlé.
- Turn insights into action, using shopper, category and market data to uncover opportunities and tell compelling commercial stories.
- Lead integrated commercial planning, partnering with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional teams to bring winning strategies to market.
- Drive profitable growth, influencing pricing, promotional strategy and revenue management decisions.
- Make your mark on MAGGI, leading strategic initiatives that influence business performance and long-term growth.
- Collaborate across Australia and New Zealand, partnering with high-performing teams to drive growth and deliver winning outcomes.
What will make you successful:
- Experience in Category Management, Commercial Development or a similar FMCG commercial role, ideally within grocery or supermarket retail.
- Strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of category management, customer development and sales functions.
- The ability to turn shopper, category and market insights into growth strategies and compelling recommendations.
- A natural collaborator who builds trusted partnerships and influences stakeholders to deliver shared outcomes.
- A curious, strategic and collaborative mindset, with the ability to move seamlessly from insight to execution.
- Experience using insights and analytics tools such as Circana, Quantium or similar platforms.
