Position Summary - Shape the Future of Medical Nutrition

At N&H, we believe nutrition has the power to transform lives. We're looking for an ambitious and strategic Commercial Manager, Medical to lead our Medical Nutrition business across Australia and New Zealand. 

This is a highly visible leadership role with accountability for commercial strategy, portfolio performance, and sustainable growth across a market-leading portfolio. As a member of the Nutrition & Health Leadership Team, you'll shape the future of Medical Nutrition, influence key business decisions, and lead a high-performing, talented team to deliver both commercial success and meaningful patient outcomes. 

A day in the Life… 

In this highly visible leadership role, you will: 

• Develop and execute the strategy for our Medical Nutrition portfolio across ANZ. 
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share across the portfolio. 
• Identify and unlock new commercial opportunities within key healthcare channels. 
• Use market, customer, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions. 
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and commercial initiatives. 
• Lead forecasting, business planning, and performance management processes. 
• Influence key stakeholders locally, regionally, and globally to drive alignment and execution. 
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. 

What will make you successful:  

• Significant experience in commercial leadership, sales, marketing or general management roles. 
• Experience within healthcare, medical nutrition, pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, or FMCG industries. 
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L accountability. 
• Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies. 
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills. 
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities. 
• A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people and teams. 
• The agility, resilience and strategic mindset to thrive in a dynamic and evolving market.
