Your Opportunity

 

Strengthen the Nestlé corporate reputation and bring our brands to life through creative public relations campaigns, working with leading brands including Nescafé, KitKat, Purina, Uncle Tobys, Allen’s, Milo and Maggi.

 

As an integral part of our Corporate & External Relations team, you will:

 

  • Support brand marketing teams in developing effective public relations programs that build brands.
  • Manage PR agencies to deliver creative and effective brand communication efficiently, ensuring value for money from partners and suppliers as well as consistency with Nestlé values and policies.
  • Build PR management capabilities within Nestlé, including supporting and developing spokespeople to tell our stories creatively.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate and External Relations team to contribute to broader corporate communications activity and act as a company spokesperson.

 

Above all, you’ll take a far-sighted view of brand public relations activity, thinking strategically beyond the campaign to ensure it resonates within the context of broader brand and corporate activities and contributes to overall reputation.

What are we looking for in you?

 

  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience in a role demonstrating high communications needs, backed by a relevant degree 
  • Experience in working in brand public relations in an agency is essential; in-house experience is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight timeframes and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail, forward planning and forethought
  • Ability to prioritise effectively

 

Personal Strengths:

 

  • Proactive, self-motivated and performance oriented 
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Confident interpersonal skills to interact comfortably with all staff levels
  • Courage and self-awareness to challenge respectfully

 

You ideally have broad experience in public relations and have been exposed to complex corporate environments with multiple stakeholders. You’ll know how to get the best out of both agency and marketing teams to make sure we’re delivering compelling campaigns.


You have impeccable written communication and stakeholder engagement skills, are highly consultative with strong relationship building skills, and are comfortable with ambiguity. You will have demonstrated initiative and proactive working in your previous roles.
