Join our passionate and dynamic sales team at Nestle Australia as a Customer Business Manager.

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and intuitive individual to join our sales team, driving sales growth, and managing trade investment.

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF…

 

As a valued member of our passionate and dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with the marketing and commercial development team to create and sustain effective strategies for our business.

 

Reporting to the Head of (HMDC) Hardware, Discount Mass & Club, your key responsibilities include: 

 

  • Implement annual customer plans aligned with overall business and customer strategies. 

  • Execute plans for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with objectives and strategies  

  • Foster strong business relationships with the buyer 

  • Manage trade investment for your account 

  • Achieve agreed-upon targets and KPIs in the assigned category 

  • Adhere to company policies, trade terms, safety regulations, and legal requirements 

  • Drive eCommerce agenda and collaborate with Customer Marketing to support online sales strategy

 

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL 

 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales, account management, or business development. 

  • Demonstrated focus on driving sales growth  

  • Good knowledge of sales principles, customer management, and trade management 

  • Familiarity with financial processes and order-to-cash operations 

  • Understanding of category, brand, product, and shopper dynamics 

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
