We’re searching for a passionate, enthusiastic and intuitive Customer Business Manager to manage the Woolworths account.  With an interest in developing your career in sales, your role will involve executing strategic category initiatives, delivering sales growth & managing trade investment.

  • Develop and implement annual customer plans aligned with business and customer.
  • Facilitates excellence in execution in the business.
  • Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Key Account targets and KPIs.

Outgoing, approachable and passionate about sales, you’ll enjoy working as part of a close knit team as you manage the Nestle relationship with Woolworths. The successful candidate will have at least five years Account Management experience in a sales role within FMCG.  You will have a proven track record of success in exceeding targets & developing relationships with key customers. People management experience is highly regarded. As a true partner to the business and customer, you are a confident communicator and have the ability to adapt communicate style with stakeholders.
