Early Careers & Talent Advisor
Early Careers & Talent Advisor
The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an Early Careers & Talent Advisor to help shape the future workforce of Nestlé across Oceania. In this role, you’ll lead our Early Careers portfolio, which includes Interns, Apprentices, and NextGen Graduates, building strong, diverse talent pipelines aligned to our Nestlé Needs Youth and our long term workforce strategy.
Whether you’re an experienced Graduate Program professional or coming from HR consulting and ready to move in‑house, this role gives you true end‑to‑end ownership. You’ll design and run programs, partner directly with leaders, and influence the development of early talent across our business.
You’ll thrive here if you bring curiosity, structured thinking and a passion for helping young talent grow. You’re someone who’s confident juggling multiple priorities, working with stakeholders at all levels, and coaching early career employees to set them up for success.
A day in the Life…
- Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Interns, Apprentices, and NextGen Graduates from program design, rotations and coaching, through to delivering an exceptional development experience.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, owning all early careers processes outside SuccessFactors, including shortlisting, assessment centre design, onboarding and stakeholder coordination.
- Build strong partnerships with universities, TAFEs, schools, NGOs, DEI partners and industry networks to broaden and diversify our youth talent pipeline.
- Represent Nestlé at campus and industry events, showcasing high‑quality, accessible early career pathways.
- Deliver seamless onboarding and maintain the two‑year development journey for NextGen Graduates, including learning pathways and capability‑building touchpoints.
- Support the Oceania Talent Strategy through coordination of the Performance & Talent Review cycles
- Champion inclusive hiring pathways, partnering with DEI leads to strengthen representation and ensure accessible opportunities for all early career talent.
What will make you successful:
You’re someone who builds trust quickly, confidently navigates senior stakeholders, and thrives when coordinating multiple priorities. You bring a passion for developing early talent and the ability to deliver high quality programs with pace, care and purpose.
- A business degree (HR preferred, though not essential).
- Demonstrated experience in Graduate, Youth, or Early Careers programs gained in a multinational or professional services environment.
- Strong project management capability, able to juggle competing priorities, maintain momentum, and deliver structured, well‑designed programs.
- Ability to influence and coach leaders toward aligned, future focused talent decisions.
- Strategic mindset, ensuring youth programs directly support business priorities, DEI ambitions, CSV commitments, and long term workforce needs.
- Exposure to performance or talent review processes.
