Position Summary 

 

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leaders across our PetCare and Infant Nutrition businesses. 

 

In this pivotal role, you'll be the trusted support behind two fast-paced and collaborative teams. From managing complex schedules and travel arrangements to coordinating meetings, communications and day-to-day business activities, you'll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly. 

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys variety, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes pride in being one step ahead. You'll build strong relationships across the organisation while gaining exposure to a broad network of stakeholders across two of Nestlé's most loved businesses. 

 

 A day in the Life… 

 

As the Executive Assistant supporting two Senior Leadership Team members, you will: 

 

  • Manage calendars and schedules, helping coordinate priorities and ensuring arrangements run smoothly.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel. 
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting material and business communications to support leadership activities. 
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, workshops, conferences and team events, ensuring seamless planning and execution. 
  • Build strong relationships across the business and serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Support day-to-day administration, including expenses, procurement and other operational processes, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Leverage new technologies, including AI and automation tools, to streamline processes and improve efficiency. 
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.

You'll be a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional support. You'll bring: 

 

  • Previous experience supporting senior executives in a complex corporate environment. 
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to build trusted relationships at all levels. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • A proactive approach, strong judgement and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence using modern workplace technologies. 
  • An interest in leveraging AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, to drive efficiency and smarter ways of working. 
  • A collaborative, adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset. 
  • A high level of professionalism, discretion and integrity when managing sensitive and confidential information.
