We have an exciting opportunity available in our Oceania HR team. This role is an opportunity to deliver impactful results, demonstrate initiative and work collaboratively with key businesses and HR stakeholders.
Joining the Nestlé HR team, you will show your passion for delivering best in class HR strategies and programs, while supporting the business to enable a high-performance culture. You will act as a strategic partner, as you drive the people plan and embed HR initiatives, practices and process.
A day in the life of...
As an influential and confident communicator, you will build seamless relationships with functional leaders in order to attract, retain and develop talent that will ensure business success.
Your pragmatic approach and change management expertise will see you manage succession planning, organisational design, and training leadership strategies.
Other responsibilities include:
- Supporting the strategic relationship between HR and business units/functions
- Developing and delivering robust people plans across business units and functions, drawing on experience and insight to drive sustainable and commercial impact
- Leveraging data and insights to implement actionable people management solutions and strategies.
- Understand how internal and external trends and challenges affect our people and teams
- Promoting employee engagement and enhancing the employee experience through targeted initiatives
- Responsible for building collaborative, customer facing relationships with key stakeholders
What will make you successful
- Minimum of 5 years working in a HR Business Partner Role
- Demonstrated ability to develop a culture of trust, cooperation and continuous improvement
- Strong commercial acumen; solid experience driving HR strategies and change initiatives that genuinely impact business performance
- A great communicator and strong team player with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Well-developed influencing and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability managing effective organisational transformation and design
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and stakeholder needs
- Execution and delivery focused – with an approach that is practical and solutions oriented
- Experienced at coaching leaders and employees and shaping development initiatives
- Exposure working in Industrial and employee/labor relations
- Able to build strong relationships with senior executives and employees across a complex, matrix-driven organisation; Experience in a multinational desirable
- Degree-Level Qualification in Human Resources or other related discipline
