We are looking for an IT Digital Services Specialist with strong technical skill and flawless communication skills to join our Digital Tech Services team based in Rhodes, Sydney. Reporting to the Digital Technology Manager, you will work across multiple Digital Transformation projects and initiatives, interviewing stakeholders, gathering requirements, engaging with vendors, mapping processes, building out scopes, costing, current-state and future-state roadmaps.
A day in the life…
While working autonomously and utilizing skills in a wide range of technologies to develop commercially viable solutions, other key responsibilities of the role include:
- Defining & delivering the Oceania Digital & Social technical roadmap.
- Responsible for customer expectation management and satisfaction, including the timely delivery of different project milestones.
- Provide technology and project management as well as privacy and security expertise and coordination for the digital component of brand marketing plans.
- Developing functional specifications, process mapping, solution integration specifications as well as reporting and support data requirements.
- Managing third party and partner relationships (Digital Agency, Software Vendors) and the integrations with our digital solution architecture.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimisation of application life cycles.
- Utilizes business experience and skills to assess and advise on the practicability of alternatives, marrying up technical limitations with operational realities in line with brand digital plans and marketing’s functional needs.
- Reinforce IT governance, Nestle digital standards and guidelines
- Maintains expertise & acts as trusted advisor and gatekeeper to marketing teams in rapid evolving digital technologies and social and media channels.
- Takes responsibility for investigative work to determine requirements and specify effective business processes. Organizes their implementation through improvements in digital and information systems, data management, practices, and organization.
- Utilizes business experience and skills to assess and advise on the practicability of alternatives, marrying up technical limitations with operational realities in line with brand digital plans and marketing’s functional needs.
- To assure the business is aware of upcoming & implemented digital & global capabilities, and to seek opportunities for benefit maximization (usability, exploitation).
What will make you successful
- Joining a collaborative team of Specialists, you will be a strong team player with a history of delivering results in a high pressure and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in IT, preferably working in a DevOps environment and Digital Marketing Tech in a large global environment with virtual teams.
- In-market knowledge of IT and digital landscape, web technologies (CMS, web analytics, SEO, SEM, etc.), data marketing (including CRM, Call Centre systems and processes) as well Mobile Apps.
- Should have working knowledge of:
• Web Application Firewalls and DNS management
• Basic SQL proficiency to interrogate Databases as required.
• eCommerce & Website Content Management Systems (Hybris, Sitecore, Drupal, Shopify, Magento, Pantheon)
• Digital (web and mobile, etc.) technologies and applications to Digital and Data Marketing, and Analytics
• Application integration with systems such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Social Studio & SAP Gigya
• Project Management in medium scale projects
• Designing and document Integration specifications and Data Models with platforms like Sitecore, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Social Cloud, SAP Gigya, SAP Hybris & Google Data Studio.
• Basic Programming Code proficiency.
- Should have working knowledge of:
- Application lifecycle management, support & delivery.
- Problem management & resolution
- Effective communication and presentation skills are vital as you develop working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, such as service integrators, service provides and vendors across the globe (face-to-face and remote)
- With stakeholders based in various time zones, flexibility is essential as you participate in teleconferences and activities outside of standard business hours.
