We are looking for a In Store Activations Executive to join our Dairy Category Teams in Sydney on a permanent part time (3 days per week) role. In this role, you will support the design, development and implementation of point-of-sale, in-store and online activations and sampling for iconic brands including MILO and UNCLE TOBYS.
You will support the development and execution of Consumer & Shopper solutions and implementation and ensure Activation is developed and executed flawlessly from concept to delivery stages.
You will also effectively manage Activation spend and track spend in line with business requirements.
A day in the life of...
Reporting to the Category Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Support in the development of the shopper and category plans to bring to life our brand activations in-store and online.
- Efficient and timely delivery of creative to supplier, provide creative agency or brand manager with accurate design specifications.
- Understand, support and integrate relevant shopper messages.
- Key contact for POS production, sampling, promotions, and premiums
- Monitor stock level of POS and premiums within warehouses and replenish where necessary
- Budget management for projects and ensure investment is maximised
- Campaign reporting – redemptions, POS usage, samples.
- Regular review and communication of trends, innovation or trade updates.
- Build an understanding of consumer and shopper insights and to help translate into an activation idea/concept.
What will make you successful
Joining a collaborative team, you will be a strong team player and have the ability work in a fast pace environment.
- You will have the ability to build great working relationship with key stakeholders internally and externally
- You will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritise tasks while working autonomously.
- Ideally, you will be degree qualified with experience in a similar role or in FMCG Sales and/or Marketing or Agency experience. Operational and/or Field experience is a bonus.
- You will have an eye for detail and financial tracking.
- You will have be proficient in all Microsoft office suites i.e. Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship.
