THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a passionate and relationship-driven Infant & Paediatric Nutrition Advisor to join our team in Sydney to cover a 12-month parental leave. In this rewarding role, you'll partner with healthcare professionals across community and hospital settings, sharing evidence-based nutrition information and helping advance knowledge in infant and paediatric nutrition.

TRAVEL

This field-based role covers Southwest Sydney and involves regular travel to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and educational events. A current unrestricted driver's licence is essential. 
 

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF...

As the trusted nutrition partner for healthcare professionals across Sydney, you will:

• Build and grow strong relationships with paediatric healthcare professionals, hospitals, and key stakeholders.
• Share scientific, evidence-based information on infant and paediatric nutrition and Nestlé Nutrition's innovative product portfolio.
• Become a trusted source of expertise, supporting healthcare professionals with the latest developments in nutrition science.
• Organise and facilitate educational events and professional development opportunities for healthcare professionals.
• Partner with hospitals and healthcare providers to maintain and grow our presence within the market.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagement and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Champion compliance, scientific integrity, and our commitment to improving nutrition outcomes.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL

You're passionate about nutrition, enjoy building meaningful relationships, and thrive on making a positive impact through scientific engagement and education.

• A tertiary qualification in Nutrition, Dietetics, Health Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with healthcare professionals, ideally within nutrition, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of infant and paediatric nutrition; Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to confidently translate scientific information into meaningful and engaging conversations.
• A proactive and self-driven approach, with experience managing priorities and achieving goals.
• Experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer engagement will be advantageous.
• A current unrestricted driver's licence.
