A day in the life…

 

This role reports to the Leadership and Organisational Development Business Partner.

 

  • Partner with the business to understand, assess, and report on learning needs and priorities. You will develop tailored learning plans and interventions that align with business strategies.
  • Leverage emerging technologies and creative approaches to revolutionise our talent development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global and regional learning teams to ensure the successful implementation of learning solutions.
  • Facilitate training programs and coordinate engagement with external vendors as needed.
  • Support the development and implementation of leadership learning and organisational capability projects. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Be an active member of the global learning and development community. Play a key role in enhancing our onboarding to ensure new hires and line managers have an engaging and effective start

 

 

What will make you successful…

 

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Development, or a related field
  • Proven experience in learning, HR advisory and organisational development or preferably in a multinational organisation
  • Understanding of learning needs analysis and instructional design principles
  • Familiarity with emerging learning technologies and platforms
  • Excellent digital acumen, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to network with colleagues working in different geographical areas
  • Passion for facilitating training sessions and strong project management and organisational skills
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for driving change and continuous improvement
  • High level communication and facilitation skills
  • Full Australian working rights and applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including but not limited to health checks, prior to appointment to this role.
