The Opportunity
Nestlé has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Excellence Manager to join our Oceania team on a part-time basis.
In this role you will support the 200+ marketers across our Nestle Oceania business, enabling them to work as productively and efficiently as possible.
You will achieve this by being the subject matter expert on all things related to marketing processes and systems; and ensuring our marketers are informed and up to date via workplace and newsletter communications.
You will be responsible for training, deploying and delivering continuous improvement of Nestlé marketing system processes and functionality across our business.
Reporting to the Marketing Excellence & Capability Lead, you will be a critical part of the team. You will have the opportunity to influence and shape our local approach to marketing systems and processes, as well as rolling out and embedding global and regional learning solutions.
A day in the Life…
No two days will look the same. In this diverse role, some of your day to day will look like:
- Responsible for onboarding new marketers on ways of working and processes.
- Identify opportunities and build capability in the marketing team.
- Be responsible for providing the right tools to support the marketing team.
- Project manage system upgrades and changes, including system testing.
- Develop, update, and deliver training of best practice and support in line with the business and compliance requirement.

- Demonstrated experience in marketing fundamentals, complemented by a curious and passionate mindset for continuous learning and leadership in the field.
- Previous experience working within a large Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) organization, with a solid understanding of marketing systems and processes.
- Strong business and commercial acumen, accompanied by relevant marketing experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at senior and executive levels.
- A strong aptitude and enthusiasm for people development is also essential.
